I had an amazing experience at Polo Ralph Lauren today, thanks to Jerry! His customer service is truly outstanding Jerry is incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. He went above and beyond to help us, and his positive attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and friendly. Overall, Jerry made our shopping experience fantastic, and I can’t recommend him enough!

Came to the Outlets just to shop at this store today, AND HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! The customer service was superb, honestly, I've never experienced anything like this shopping for clothes, the crew was very attentive and even offered recommendations on what looked good on me. Found some Polo shirts I liked and headed to checkout, if you wear polo, you know the prices. The cashier was very polite and offered multiple discounts on top of the sale price they today!! I got some nice shirts, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and saved more money than I thought I would. Shout out to the floor crew, I will definitely be returning to this store, and hopefully the same crew.

What do most people expect when they go into a store to try on clothes? For the most part, it’s to be left alone, try things on, and get out as quickly as possible. That’s what I intended to do at RL last weekend, but their staff member Barbara had other ideas! Imagine your grandma who bakes you cookies, only she’s trying her damndest to find you the perfect shirt, in your size. This lady must have gone back and forth two dozen times trying to help me try the perfect shirt for a baby birthday party, and by god, she found it! I would absolutely go back to this store and spend more just to get to be served by this angel of a woman. Don’t sleep on Barbara!!

We shopped twice in the store today and one of the cashier Susan was extremely rude to us.
My daughter went in the store first and used her membership coupon (25%) for her purchase of $277.
We ended up making additional purchase of 4 items because we realized that we had a 30% membership coupon. We kindly asked Susan if she could add additional 5% for the purchase, or if we could return and apply the 30% (we did feel bad about asking). However, she just said no with no explanation.
Her not adding 5% wasn’t a big deal for us but I thought the way she said it was just extremely rude.
We are hoping the store manager can train her in a way that the other customers won’t have to leave the store feeling upset like we did,

I went to the Outlet Mall for Polo because I had received an email that everything in the store was 50% off. I went because I wanted to buy cargo shorts. When I got there, I could not find any cargo shorts. I asked an employee, and they told me that all of the cargo shorts had be removed from the store and put in the back. They told me to come back after the 50% sale was over.

Why have a well advertised 50% off sale on everything and then remove things for the duration of the sale?
