Moved here before FR Community owned the park. Great place to live. Great staff (even though they are always short-staffed) and they are always working to better the community! They enforce the rules which helps clean up the community and they are always putting in new homes which helps bring up my home value. Way to go FR!

I live here. It's gone down hill last couple of years. Gait never works and not secure anyway. Streets lined with liquor botlles and cigarette butts. Flattened tires and stolen items have become a problem lately. Children have no play area.

I looked at other communities and homes first, but I'm really glad I chose PR. It's quiet and people are friendly; it is also safe and well maintained. I love my new home -- it really suits me! The only negative is that the community does not have a swimming pool (please build one)! Oh, and I need someone to mow my grass -- for free of course! ?

The community residents are fantastic. But the park manger and personnel have not fulfilled their obligations in improving lot conditions which is horrid since you actually have to comply with their mandated mowing levels yet you could literally kill yourself in the massive holes and ruts. As of this date they also can not submit information to the correct email address after being notified of the correct email address for the last 8 months

Moved here in 2018 very close to my job where I used to work gated community staff is on the property every day very accessible to own homeowners overall love it they're always fixing up the park they're very good about making sure people follow the rules so that the whole Community can be very happy I've noticed in the last two or three years that a lot of people are wanting to live here that should say a lot about the environment here

This gated community is managed by the same people that Oakwood is, also in Springfield. They are easy to talk to, take pride in their work and will do what they can to address resident concerns.
