Food was what was expected from a fast food establishment. Service was little rocky at the start, the guy making my burrito look like he wasn’t happy to be at work so my extra meat I asked for definitely didn’t happen. But the worker Aliya was the highlight of this place big smile and super friendly! Not a bad place for quick lunch.

A great meal after an intense gym session and or workout! This day was simply beautiful out, the food was fulfilling and the staff and their service made a huge impact on me; thank you Moe’s and Staff. If I’m ever back in the area, best believe I’m there and I just want to shout out to Cody, I hope I’m spelling it right, my apologies in advance, but Cody, thank you for being so charming, assistive, kind and offering me delighting conversation; continue to be you and the best you. We got there a little before 1pm and the place was very dead and for good reason too. We walked up to order and the lady didn’t even say anything to us then finally with a annoyed attitude she asked what she could get for us. So I asked her if the soft tortillas were corn or flour because I have a gluten allergy. She answered yes, proceeded to make our food and looked at me like it was crazy I’d ask that. So she made our food and it all looked pretty gross like it had been sitting out forever. When we sat down in a booth to eat our food the cushion was popping it felt really low quality and like they were breaking. Then it was time to eat but the tortillas didn’t look like corn so I had my husband taste them to see if they were corn or flour and they were flour. So we left. Never going back

I’ve had Moe’s for years at different locations and this was the worst. Ordered to go for one bowl and one burrito.. received the burrito as a bowl and both orders had things missing.. I wish I could get my money back. Won’t be returning and will tell friends and family to go elsewhere.

The young man making my food was rude and by the picture you can see the bowl is half full. When I asked for guacamole he put 2 small half full teaspoons and when I asked if he could do a little more he said only one more half teaspoon. I used to like going to Moe's but the last few times it has been the same so for now on I will go to Chipotle.

Moes new stale corporate atmosphere is more present than ever, no longer living up to its former rockstar status. Their new ovens that have replaced the flattops slow down food prep times causing a 10 minute wait for the tofu that used to only take a couple minutes. So now I am not just waiting for my partners order but now my order is getting cold. I was not offered anything not even a small cup of queso to make up for the extra wait time and stale/standard fast food fare that used to be something that stood out from the competition.

Horrible customer service. Ordered their new crunch wrap and paid. Without warning they were out of half the things that goes on it and decided to make it anyways charge me but didn’t let me know. Went back up to complain and they just instantly refunded me but didn’t offer me anything else or to remake me a meal. The bigger lady with the dreads had zero empathy and treated me as I’m no one. Not going back after being regulars for 2 years. Extremely disappointing.

Moe's fan here. Usually go anywhere I am in Florida for my burrito go to. This store needs help. It's the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. So dirty I walked out without ordering. Floors, Glass case separating food from customers, in between food pans....... all grimy and dirty. Someone from corp. needs to take a look.
