We have been using Freeze Maxwell Roofing for several years. The first time was a horrific job that we still laugh about to this day. They were professional and worked with our company to fix a deck drain. It sounds small but the owner was allowing their pet urinate causing the drain and piping to corrode and leak. While unpleasant, they showed up. We have also used them to replace a roof on one of our commercial buildings and any roof leaks we encounter. They provide great service in a very timely manner. John Josar, Chris and Vladyslav, from Freeze Maxwell Roofing, are so very helpful. Chris and Vladyslav showed up earlier then expected, to check where the leak was coming from. Chris realized it was not from the roof. Chris took the time to illuminate to me, that we are are on the first floor in a four story building, that the water would be dirty water because the building roof is tar and asphalt. Chris assisted me taking down the drywall ceiling, and to locate the pipe leak; while we were both getting drenched from the water on both of us, and support me to stop the pin hole leak. Chris and Vladyslav assisted in the clean up of the mess in the tenants suite. Chris also offered a plumbing company that Freeze Maxwell works along side if I do not have one. There were potential leaks on the roof, however, Chris and Vladyslav are more then qualified and certified to handle the patch work. Punctuality, Service and Workmanship is distinguished with John Josar, and Chris and Vladyslav. As a building manager of a 20 suite building, I am very impressed of the Competency level of their trade as Roofers! Would highly recommend Freeze Maxwell Roofing to anyone!
