Jr and his crew were extremely friendly and approached our project as if it were their own. They were very respectful of our property and house and took all precautions to prevent wet concrete from hitting our surrounding fence and shed. Jr remained responsive via text, email and phone throughout the entire process and was great to work with on-site. We would recommend his team to anyone looking for great work at reasonable prices. We will absolutely go with his company again for any future concrete work.

I needed some concrete done, not a big job for most but bigger than I thought about trying. Went online and found some contractors. Submitted to some of them and to F.R. Concrete. Jr, contacted me I believe that day. He said he was going to be in the area that afternoon and could he stop by. There was a couple of things that lead be to pick his company. 1) his company talked about family business, they were local. 2) Jr showed up when he said. Meeting him for just a brief moment he treated me with a handshake no fist pump stuff. 3) he looked at me when talking. All characters that I like in a business owner and person in general. I showed him what I wanted done. He gave me some good advice, he took some measurements and told me he'd write up an email it to me. Got the bid and I agreed. And within a week he fit me into a schedule. Came out in the morning as said, on time with his crew. He introduced me to them and definitely a family business. His crew framed one day, cleaned up before them left. I have a sprinkler system and they were very cautious of them. Came back the next day to pour and finish the job.
I can't be any happier with the final finish. Jr and his crew (family) were very professional and great to deal. Oh yeah, the price was great.
By the time Jr and his crew left, Jr made me feel like part of his family and not just a customer.
Jr. Thank you again for doing a great job.
And I'm looking forward to the future of more projects with your family.

No need for another estimate! Junior and the crew were amazing!! Junior was very professional and educated me on the process until the project was completed. They worked hard removing sunken pavers, and replaced them with beautiful stamped concrete! Thank you so much guys!

After receiving multiple quotes for our driveway project, we chose F.R. Concrete and are very happy with our choice. Junior is a great communicator, and he and his crew also had outstanding recommendations for us as we went along. We have received many positive comments from our neighbors, and not one negative. They all love it, as do we. Junior and/or his men showed up and did what they said they would when they said they would. They are honest, kind, hard working, and dependable. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. One last step to go for us however we are very pleased. Great job!

We had contacted several different contractors. When we met with Junior. He was very professional and detailed on how his crew would be doing the work. The other contractors were not detailed. When we received the proposal for the work. It was broken down and detailed as to the process of the work. Each day they were on time and informed us. Where they were at and what to expect when they returned. The finish work is excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. They matched our existing patio (with the gazebo) on both sides. The acid wash and sealing that was done. Is by far the way to go. Between the existing and new sections. There is no difference. I plan to have them back on our next project. I would recommend them for your project. You won’t be disappointed.

This company is AMAZING. We recently moved to Yelm and have dealt with A LOT of contractors in different fields. Jr and his team are by far our favorites. Jr is professional, outgoing and his price was fantastic. After getting several bids that were astronomically high, I got a call back from Jr. I was discouraged and told him not to even bother coming out for a bid because I didn’t think we could afford it. He asked what I was looking for and my price point. I gave him the information and sent him a couple pictures of the project. He quickly responded that not only could he do it, but it would be done within the next week (insert happy dance?) Our slabs got poured yesterday and they turned out so great. Jr and team were a sub on deck project on my property. His team initially performed the old concrete demo and eventually came back to pour the footers and walls, and grade and pour the slab. Jr and team were always on time and easy to communicate with via phone if any coordination or questions were needed. The finished work is exceptional and well built. All walls, grading, and anchors were positioned tightly against drawing requirements. I’m very happy with his team’s product and will contact again should I need any concrete work done in the future.
