Cheapest appliances in the whole Denver metropolitan area. Hands down, no question. Best install rates, too. Great selection with new units arriving every day. Website has a few, but not all that this store has in stock

In summary, the inventory is of questionable quality, the communication is horrible, and I had to interact with these guys more than 10 times over a 34 day period to end up where I started. There are a lot of used appliance dealers in the area; surely you can do better than this company, but if you must deal with them at least go to the Thornton store.

We went to the store on Feb 3 to get a washer. Most of the inventory in the store was banged up and dirty, but we figured whatever, that's what you get for a bargain price. Since then I have been into other used appliance stores and seen that that doesn't have to be the case. Anyway, we bought a Samsung washer that seemed adequate. It was delivered a few days later (over an hour outside the morning appointment window), and after cleaning it and installing it, we discovered that the spin cycle didn't work.

I called the next day and got scheduled for a service call the following day between 12-4 PM. After sitting around waiting all afternoon, I called at 4:30 and was informed that the service call had been cancelled and they were going to exchange the washer. I still don't know if/when they were planning to let me know that. I had Paul send me pictures of what he had available in store (nothing good), and he was supposed to send me pictures of what was available in the Thornton store, which he never did.

The following day I called again and their phone numbers weren't working, so I called the other store in Thornton and talked to Thomas. Thomas was the only bright spot in my experience with this company, and I wish him luck. I told him the story and said I just wanted a refund. He understood, apologized, and said he'd come get the washer and refund the money expedited with no restock fee for my trouble.

Guys came and got the washer a couple days later and said I would get a call to process the refund. That didn't happen. I called Thomas the next day and he said the refund was processed but could take 10 days to post.

12 days later I called him again and he said he didn't know anything about it. He called over to Paul at the Westminster store and called me back; said the refund was never processed but Paul would do it now. Paul sent me confirmation shortly after. 3 days later on March 9 the refund did post.

We purchased a used washer and dryer here. Reasonable prices. And then they took our old ones! Doesn't look like much, but I would definitely buy from here again. Let's see how long these used ones last!

Bought a gas oven for a good price with indoor delivery. Oven needed some cleaning but I knew that when I bought it. A couple of weeks later the lower igniter stopped working. I called them and they came out to fix it a few days later. Tech called me ahead of his arrival to make sure it was a good time and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Overall an easy transaction and they followed through on the warranty. Delivery guys even took the time to adjust the feet so it was level.

My dryer went out and Paul gave me a great deal on a washer and dryer set. Plus he took my old set for me for free. Definitely would recommend anyone who needs good reliable appliances. Kudos ?

Bought a used washer and was told I had a 90 warranty in case it didn’t work. The washer did not work which I informed them of the day I bought it. I had to go buy a new one so I could do laundry and now they won’t warranty it cus i unhooked the broken one to put in my new one. Don’t waste your money here. Go anywhere else.
