Attended this store while on leisure travel. I had seen their scarves and ties online before, but wanted to see them in person before buying anything. A man named Barrington assisted me and even offered something to drink several times. He made sure I was comfortable while browsing the store. I liked that just about everything was made either in the UK or Italy. I ended up buying the scarf I had seen online. Will definitely come back.

Drakes has evolved over time to be one of the finest menswear stores in the UK. It has classic style, with a mix of ivy, British smoothness, character and elegance. There savile row store is beautifully designed, it has the full range and I love the shirts, coats, jackets, ties and accessories they have for the modern chap. You don't feel bored looking at their designs and the quality is of a very high standard. The staff are very helpful as they hold a wealth of knowledge. The staff live by the drakes ethos of excellent taste and know how to wear it. Anyone who loves good clothese should go to drakes and buy their wardrobe filled with good quality clothing. Really uncomfortable experience recently. Security guard would not let me in, told me to wait outside in the cold until someone comes out. This was first after greeting me as “Boss”, not sure if it’s because I’m black and have dreadlocks but this is racial profiling and highly unprofessional to greet any possible customer as “Boss”. Especially one that uses black men so heavily in their campaigns. Really disgusting
