Worse BK experience ever! These people in this store look miserable working. Starting with the drive-thru person rude & rushing you for your order! Then the girl who delivers the food, a dark skin lady who I requested Mayo & looked at me and said I dont have any mayo, gave me my food & I always check & it was a ham & egg croissant which I ordered a sausage & egg she took the sandwich from me & put it by the window went and grabbed another sandwich that was seating there & gave it to me. Im sure the sandwich I touched that had the ham was for the person behind me who im sure she messed up and like nothing happen she just put it in his bag, & I went to check it again & i find that half of the sausage & another small piece from the picture I posted when I tell her hey I dont want this, she tells me with a NASTY attitude why because is broken & smiles, I said yes it looks like it has been bitten off! She turns around to the kitchen & grabs another sandwich & gives it to me, I said & u said u dnt have mayo right? She turn around with a face mumbling something grabs a sundae lid & fills it with mayo & hands it to me. Acting the whole time like I was getting my food for free no I was not I paid for my food! I have never been to this bk for breakfast and I would never do it again either.

Management here is ridiculous! We put in a rather large order and told them to take their time. She seemed moody so we asked if she was having a bad day. Her reply was "NOPE YALL ARE JUST MAKING IT COMPLICATED". Um, what?
First off they were out of tea and we waited a good 15 mins for out food.
Weather you spend $70.10 like us or $5 and you are talked to like that. It makes you NOT wanna come back. EVER!

3/5/19..Food was fast, but cold. Got it replaced. But also heard the employees telling another guest that the cheese on their sandwich isn't melted, but the sandwich was actually hot, even though she said the whole sandwich was cold.. I thought the customer was always right. This poor girl had to get loud just to get a fresh hot sandwich..
UPDATE: 3/15/21. ... 2 years later and not much has changed! Manager sold me a 16 ounce milkshake in a 12 ounce cup because they were out of the correct cup, but told me the portion was supposed to be 12 ounces, and only after I verified online, did she admit they were out of the correct cup and offered me another shake. I asked her if they just shorted everyone else for the whole day and she said "Yes"! She actually said Yes! I waited 14 minutes for my food because they ran out of fries. I know it was 14 minutes because I had nothing to do but stare at their order screen and only my order was on it, they were empty otherwise.. The bacon cheeseburger was cold, hard chewy bacon, and no pickles! There's only so many ingredients and they messed up half of them. Sweet tea was warm because that's always refreshing with a cold burger I guess! Recap...Drinks were warm, burgers were cold and nobody knew the specs on anything in my order. Apparently there must be a whole new staff of $15/hr employees being trained! Worth every penny!? The pictures were the $3 milkshake..

Since drive thur is open only we ordered and got old chicken fingers that was hard for my daughter to bite and was given the wrong soda and told to go back around for the soda be made over

It was late and after work I was hungry, pulled into Burger King 11:46pm....waited....waited...nothing went to window no one...went around the building saw someone in the kitchen ,went back to speaker.....nothing went back to window taped with a quarter, finally she come to the window, she says "yes", I said I would like to order a burger, We're closed, I said it's not 12 yet, she says we'll were closed.
Next day I go back wanting to talk to a manager, I order my burger pay for it and I ask the young man can I speak with a manager, He yell MRS. someone wants to talk to you ,she yells from the back something. The young man says can you pull around the building will bring your sandwich out and I'll make sure she comes to speak to you . My sandwich comes out but no manager. I ask him can I speak with a manager. We'll a minute later the door Flys open and a women yells at me "WHAT" so unprofessional, I said can I speak with you....after telling her my story I explained I wasn't so mad that they closed early but they should shut the lights off so I'm not sitting there waisting my time I will NEVER go there again.

As a teenager till now 50 years-old, I always enjoyed a good whopper over any other burger restaurant. Today I watched then microwave my double whopper and overheat it. I was used to seeing them flame broiling them and make the sandwich then after. I can buy microwavable burgers at Walmart. I will never eat at Burgerking again.
When Burger King's comercial of the king steeling McDonald's recipe aired, I thought it was hilarious. I didn't know he stole their microwave as well.
