DFW to Paris flight was decent. 2 of my friends told me that Air France would not accept any overweight bags and will force you to use an additional one. I called Air France customer service and they told me that they don't. If you have an OW bag you just have to pay for the extra. My 2nd bag was 73lb and I payed $150. Personally I was expecting more.
The flight was ok. The food was acceptable for eco. The seat was a bit tight but ok and the entertainment system was also ok but needs some updating. My favorite TV show, for example, "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" only have 3 episodes downloaded for the last 3-4 years. I think Air France is one of the best European carriers but is still way far behind Emirates or Quatar airlines.

Among Delta, KLM, and Air France, I give airfrance the highest score for traveling from the USA to Europe! The food was decent, and so was the movie selection! Prices are reasonable, mileage goes far ...

DFW to Paris - planes are a bit outdated - onboard entertainment is minimal. On board Meals not the best - flight attendant not very attentive.

First of all, their baggage service is the worst I have ever seen so far. We had four big bags. Not one of them made it back to us. We still did not get our bags back, and we still could not contact them. We also saw that many others had the same problem. YOU CAN’T DO NOTHING ON THAT! Second, their cleaning service was not great. Under my headrest on one of the flights was USED CHEWING GUM. That scarred me. And third, the UI on the built in entertainment was not that good. You could not search for movies using a search bar. And the screens themselves were not even in good condition. They were super scratched up, possibly even cracked! Thanks Air France — for nothing.

My bags were missing and we declared them missing but they never got back to me. The meals weren’t the best. There was one delay that was not explained.

Airline is fine for the price. Definitely need to improve on the entertainment choices. Not sure what is going on but my father was given a vegan meal when he had ordered Asian Veg. Depending on when you travel
Paris airport can be a nightmare as well.

Fights are cancelled, connecting fights are delayed, baggage is delayed and items inside baggage damaged even after they promised to ship with fragile tag, worst customer service response
