Was not expecting to see snowcapped mountains from Arches NP, so I drove out to them and ended up here. This park didn't disappoint. The views are incredible, and there were even fossilized dinosaur footprints.

Loved the drive through this forest. We drove through when tall mountains were covered in snow, and it made it so picturesque. We found a quaint lake and caught 13 trout in a few hours. Beautiful place. Great for a nice relaxing drive.

Great area, great views. Hard to find level ground, so I'd you are camping bring stuff to level with or set up tent and sleeping where your head is at the highest point and your feet at the lowest. If you stuff some clothes and your bag under your lower legs it will help stop sliding

My first time ever being here. I was able to check out a few lakes here and some streams/creeks. Fished awhile at electric lake creek. Fish limit at 2 only on creek, but the fish were beautiful brook trout first one was about 13"-14" and the other was 16" in length very healthy looking trout. I kept them and ate good that evening. I'll be back for sure only had 4 days here will plan for a week here next time so much to experience.

If you haven't been here, you are missing out. The views are amazing!!! Opportunities for picture galore. Absolutely something for everyone of any age. The trails are well maintained and make for a great 4 wheeling or camping trip with a trailer. The campsite we past was quiet and clean with lots of open space to roam around. I loved the view of the sun coming up from on top of the ridges on Skyline Drive.

As far as watering holes go, this place wasn't much to behold. That being said, after 4 days four wheeling in the desert and living out of a camper/suitcase, this little spot was exactly what we needed. Itsy bitsy lake fed by a small running creek makes the water a little chilly but exactly what you need on a hot July day. There's also a state maintained outhouse and what seemed to be (from watching a couple of other folks out there) pretty decent fishing. Would i drive an hour from the city to hit this little hole? Naw man, probably never. Would i hit it the next time I'm camping in the desert? Every dang time.

This is my favorite place to ride an atv. There are probably a thousand miles of trails in these mountains and I never tire of visiting. While normally I start on the Ephraim side, this time we camped at Joe's Valley campground and entered there. Views are amazing! If you ride an atv or motorcycle you'll have more trail options than a side by side. If you don't like camping, grab a motel in Manti.

Beautiful area for camping, hiking, biking and so much more. Beautiful pastures in the mix of the heavily wooded areas to set up camp or stay for a while. Just watch out for all the cows as they are everywhere and will run over your things if you're too spread out but otherwise they make for some good company.
