I have finally had it with this company. They’re literally clueless that people in this world have a life and other obligations.

Their booking system is stupid and inefficient.

You cannot book an appointment. You cannot set a date and time and simply show up. You have to log into their incredibly inefficient and ridiculous booking system. It’ll tell you online that there is zero wait time, but when you arrive, you’ll be sitting there for 20-30 minutes.

I recently got online and booked an appointment. There were two people ahead of me online, but it showed zero wait time. I booked. I arrived within 6 minutes at the location. The two people “ahead of me” weren’t even in the store, yet magically I now have a 28 minute wait.

The person who was “ahead” of me online, who wasn’t in the store when I arrived, showed up 6-7 minutes later, and of course he gets priority over me, so everyone sat around and waited for him to show up, even though am I literally in the store.

I ask the lady at the front desk why I have a 30 minute wait time wait time with nobody here.

She tells me that it’s because one of the stylists just went on break. You couldn’t have told me that before and put that on the booking schedule

This is just the first of many idiotic things these people do. It’s simply not worth it. They’re a stupid company with a stupid booking philosophy that is designed for their convenience and not yours.

How stupid are you as a company that you won’t even take advance bookings?!?

I’ll take my business elsewhere. Someone who will actually take an appointment and be ready to provide me a service in a timely manner.

I suggest everyone give this company a 1 star review and complain until they decide to make a booking system that works for YOU and not for THEM.

Oh. And don’t even get me started as to how horrible their beard trimming service is. They asked if I wanted it on a previous occasion. I said sure. 1 minute later she declares my beard “trimmed. I have no idea if she even did anything to my beard. It certainly didn’t look different. Then at the counter when checking out, she adds $12 for a beard trim. Seriously?!?

Awful. Walked in with 2 guys in front of me. Waited to talk with someone who just finished a customer. She couldn't add me or take me in turn without a phone number. Wouldn't take me in front of someone entered online but wasn't there yet. If your people can't even do that then maybe they shouldn't handle sharp objects around people's heads. You didn't just lose a customer this evening, you lost a customer permanently. And I will share this experience with friends. Had to put one star to enter these comments. If I could put negative stars, I would. Thoroughly disgusted.

Mindy did a great job on my haircut. She made sure I was happy with the haircut as she was proceeded, instead of waiting unit the end, when it's too late.

I used the online check-in, and didn't have to wait once I arrived.

This is the best haircut place for any person. And I always get fast service and a great haircut every month. If you’re looking for an excellent barber, I would like to recommend Jocee and Debbie. In my opinion they are two of the best barbers I know. Hope this review helps you guys, From Gage. And I get the haircuts with my mom and my mom sets them up for me.
